Diverting your inbounds calls

When the building is evacuated and all staff leave the building the switchboard operator is not the last one to leave, the switchboard is left unaswered with the inbound callers receiving no reply. We offer the option of having an emergency plan to allow you to divert inbound calls to a chosen temporary number untill the all clelar is given.

Ideally you will have opted for the non geographic solution so you can divert your inbound calls within minutes, but that is not always practical as many of your clients will still have the exsiting landline number provided when the isdn service was installed
